We have hosted dozens of bachelorettes since we started and love hosting groups of girls that would like to have a comfortable space to have as a home base in Prince Edward County. When you book out all of the suites together you get unobstructed access to all of the common areas like the guest kitchen, dining room, sunroom, and living room.
Please note that we are a boutique hotel with owner's living on site in a separate apartment to run the business. If you have any questions about this we would be happy to answer them or provide you with information for past bachelorettes that stayed with us!
We have hosted about a dozen family reunions so far and love hosting families looking to have a space to all get together and reconnect. We are a great meeting point between Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, so if your family is spread out and looking for a central location with access to beautiful sunsets and a waterfront, look no further! You can book out all of the suites together, or book out a handful of suites to fit the needs of your group!
Has your friend group from High School or University spread out geographically, and you are looking for a space that can accommodate all of your friends and their families? With our boutique hotel-style set-up, each family unit can get their own space in the individual suites, but can congregate in the common areas on the main level or outside in our many outdoor areas.
Fancie's now offers micro wedding packages for brides and grooms looking for a more intimate space with a beautiful waterfront ceremony. We can offer our space in combination with our accommodations so you and your bridal party do not have to worry about also booking separate accommodations and spending even more money on your special day. We are located about 15 minutes away from Belleville Hotels for the rest of your friends and family that we cannot accommodate. This package is perfect for groups between 10-30 people, so if that is you then please reach out!

If you are planning a golfing trip to the Quinte area, you are going to be pleasantly surprised by the caliber of courses (in the Belleville, Trenton, and PEC areas). As golfers ourselves, we have developed relationships at some of the premier courses in the area (like Trillium Wood GC and Timber Ridge GC). We can extend any discounts and stay and play packages from these courses. You are also free to book your times directly with any courses of your choosing then book with us separately. We are about 30 minutes away from all of the reputable golf courses in the Quinte area, and with our waterfront exposure and parking for 6 you will have a great place to retreat to once you are done golfing each day!
We have hosted a few bridal showers for local brides looking for a space large enough to host their friends and family to celebrate their special marriage milestone. We can accommodate up to 30 guests and have 6 designated parking spots that can be used. Note that we will require you to rent out the entire space, including the accommodations, so if you are looking to add your bridal shower onto your bachelorette weekend, then this would be the perfect space to do that!
We have also hosted many baby showers since our conception (see what we did there?) and can create the event space you need to host your friends and family looking to shower you with gifts and love for your newborn. Same rules apply as with our bridal showers, renting out our accommodation is required but it will allow you to make a weekend out of it!
