Each suite is thoughtfully equipped with hotel-quality linens and towels, ensuring your comfort during your stay. You'll find a hair dryer and a well-organized toiletries station for your convenience, along with a cozy coffee station and a mini fridge. Additionally each room is equipped with a smart TV, dedicated temperature controls, and high-speed internet.

Our inviting dining room and common area offer the perfect space for guests to come together to play games, enjoy meals, and socialize. Adjacent to this area, a fully equipped communal kitchen is available for your use, featuring all the essentials you'll need to whip up your favourite dishes or snacks. For added convenience, there's a laundry room with a washer and dryer, making it easy to freshen up during your stay. You can also unwind in our cozy small library area, perfect for diving into a good book. And if you’re in the mood for some friendly competition, we have a selection of board games available to spark fun and laughter with friends or family!

Enjoy direct waterfront access to the Bay of Quinte, complete with a convenient boat launch and dock for all your water adventures. For a smooth arrival experience, we offer self check-in to your suite upon request, along with a baggage drop-off area for guests arriving before the official check-in time. Unwind on our natural stone patio featuring a cozy firepit, perfect for gathering with friends and family under the stars. Our expansive 900 square foot deck comes with a BBQ, making it easy to host a delightful outdoor meal. Plus, you’ll have free parking available for your convenience, ensuring a stress-free stay!

We have 5 separate and unique suites that can fill the needs of many different types of stays, and we would be happy to help you book directly with us (above) or you can choose to book through our listings on Airbnb (see below!).

Please note that if your group has more than 8 guests to send a request through our booking engine or contact us through our website.
Booking out all of the suites together includes 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 4 double/full beds, 5 ensuite bathrooms, powder room/half-bath on main floor, dining room seating for 16 people, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 separate living rooms (one on main floor and one on second floor). We are a serviced accommodation with the Owners living on site in a separate apartment, so if you are looking to book all of the suites together please reach out so we can explain the offering to you before booking!

Proximity to Local Towns & Attractions in Prince Edward County
We get this question a lot because we are not centrally located in one of the big towns in Prince Edward County (Wellington, Bloomfield, Picton), but we see this as an opportunity to give our guests a hideaway to come back to each evening after exploring the region.
Due to the size of Prince Edward County and the surrounding area it is impossible to see everything without a vehicle, so no matter where you end up staying you will need to have transport planned. We would be able to refer you to one of our transportation partners or you can plan to drive yourself around for the time you are here, the choice is yours!
